Day 54: Leaving Lone Pine (Small Picture Drop!)

We are spending part of the day in Lone Pine today before heading back into the Sierra’s. The weather ahead looks a little tough for the first part of the week still but is supposed to clear up late in the week and into the weekend so we have that to look forward to.

We will be going back in the way we came out, up and over Kearsarge Pass and probably just go up a few more miles in order to set up for our next pass, Glenn Pass, the following day. With just a few miles on the docket for the day here are some of the photos I’ve taken on the phone over the last stretch, Pie has many more on the camera he is now carrying that we will hopefully share at the end of the trip.
